Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Foundation Series – 6 Month Programme

Overview

The Foundation Series is a limited-capacity programme with a maximum of six participants. Each place is reserved in advance and represents a commitment of time, planning, and delivery.

For this reason, the following cancellation terms apply.

Cancellations Before the Programme Starts

You may cancel your place up to 21 days before the programme start date and receive a full refund of any payments made.

Cancellations Within 21 Days of the Start Date

If you cancel within 21 days of the programme start date:

  • Payments are non-refundable as standard

  • If your place can be filled from a reserve list or alternative enquiry, a refund may be issued

  • Refunds in this situation are not guaranteed and depend on whether the space can reasonably be filled

After the Programme Has Started

Once the first session has taken place:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • This applies regardless of attendance or payment method

Instalment Payments

If you choose a pay-in-instalments option:

  • You are committing to the full six-month programme, not individual sessions

  • Instalment payments do not alter the cancellation or refund terms

  • Outstanding payments remain due once the programme has started

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases (e.g. serious injury or welfare-related issues), please contact me as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, each situation will be considered individually and fairly.
